On behalf of everyone in the Division of Real Estate Development and 资本经营, welcome to the New Jersey Institute of Technology. As the polytechnic university of New Jersey, we strive to be the preeminent engineering, 设计, science and technology university known for 研究 and education fostering innovation, 创业, 和参与. We are proud that our university is continuously recognized for positive return on investment, upward student economic mobility, and is considered a "R1" 研究 university.
The Division of Real Estate Development and 资本经营 (REDCO) works tirelessly to support the academic, 研究, economic development, and service mission of NJIT. Our goal is to maintain a healthy, 安全, and engaging environment to facilitate the teaching, 学习, and 研究 for the NJIT community. Each year we handle thousands of requests for things like escorts, 停车, 维护, repairs; all of which are completed by our professional 工作人员 members, specifically trained in their various roles.
Utilizing the framework provided in the strategic plan of NJIT, we develop our goals and objectives to execute effectively.
